That's really the only time you should benchmark, the intermediate benchmark in my description is there only to make you understand the process of how PCBay works. You OC a PC and benchmark it again, you will gain more than the value of the same PC not OC'ed as it's benchmark score is higher. You benchmark it = a exponantial value on the value of PC depending of the score (that the biggest increment, but you don't need to benchmark it at this very time) You turn the PC on and it boots into OS = +$100 on top of the parts. 1/3 of the value of brand new parts for all the parts of a PC (that's the standard value of the used parts, unless that has changed recently) PCBay calculates the price of a PC as follows : Now that this part is covered, to make a profit from selling PC's assembled from USED parts on PCBay, you need to OC the PC to the max you can, make sure it runs stable using OCCT on infinite and then BENCHMARK it, that's where the profit will come from. So building a PC from brand new parts and selling it on PCBay is not what PCBay was designed for in the first place.
